We pride ourselves on our personable and flexible service model. We take the time to get to know everyone on site — from senior managers to service staff — and ensure we understand each village’s bespoke needs and intricacies to shape a highly adaptable suite of services from a single expert point of contact

All of our services are delivered through a resident-centric lens. From our simple food done well to accommodation cleaning and maintenance, their experience underpins it all.

Daniel Holman

General Manager

Having over 15 years’ experience in facilities management and support services in Australia and overseas, Dan is responsible for strategic direction of 28 Villages and the operational delivery of services for clients.

Matt Lonne

Area Manager

Matt brings the experience of 27 years as a Chef with 18 of those years as Executive Chef with some of Australia's best Luxury hotels. Matt has been within the Remote Sector for the past 5 years and as an Area Manager with 28 Villages brings a wealth of Hospitality knowledge to our business.

Sandra Niederloehner

Senior Workforce Coordinator

As the Senior Workforce Coordinator at 28 Villages, Sandra plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient rostering and mobilisation of our workforce to various sites. With a strong background in site operations, planning, and communications, Sandra is dedicated to optimising operational processes and supporting the team to deliver exceptional services to our clients.

With several years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Chelsie is passionate about delivering a positive experience for all new starters and ensuring a seamless transition into their new roles.

Simone is an expert in forecasting staffing needs, developing comprehensive workforce plans and implementing agile solutions to meet evolving business demands. With her proactive approach, innovative thinking and ability to adapt to dynamic environments, she provides support to Village Managers and their staff.

Our History

28 Villages was founded in 2018 with a simple focus; if we do an outstanding job at the sites we have, we will build a reputation that allows our business to grow organically.

Initially providing catering and hospitality services for smaller construction crews, through our exceptional efforts we grew into the operational camp space, and now operate in 9 remote mining villages catering for 100 mining residents every day.
