FIFO Utility

Suited to enthusiastic and hardworking hospitality all-rounders. In this role you would work across all departments in the village, including housekeeping, catering, cleaning, food & beverage, retail & bar, mine site cleaning as well as grounds maintenance. You would be on your feet for the duration of your shift providing all services to the residents in our remote villages. Our teams are such an important part of our site family. The services they provide to our residents go a long way in making FIFO life easier for everyone on site.

Management Trainee

The Management Trainee role is a structured training program designed to develop the skills, knowledge, and expertise needed to manage a village effectively. The program lasts between 6 to 12 months and involves a combination of workshops, on-the-job training, and assessments. The goal of the Trainee Village Manager program is to ensure that participants acquire a deep understanding of the responsibilities associated with managing a village, including operations, leadership, and internal processes, while fostering both professional growth and career advancement opportunities.

Chef

Our mission is to bring home comforts to remote villages through simple food done well. If you’re passionate about creating exceptional food and making a positive impact on village life, this is the role for you. With excellent knowledge of all kitchen procedures and operations, and experience working in bulk catering, our chefs are at the heart of our operations.

Village Manager

Our Village Managers lead and inspire our teams of Utilities and Chefs, ensuring the delivery of outstanding services to our clients and guests. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless daily operations and maintaining high service standards and is ideally suited for a seasoned leader with a passion for teamwork and a hands-on leadership approach.
